Matthew Clark serves as Director of Kuehne + Nagel’s Trade Consulting Group and is based in our Los Angeles office. Mr. Clark has over 25 years in Customs and Trade compliance. His expertise includes import compliance and customs regulations. Mr. Clark regularly works with U.S. Customs to obtain duty refunds for his customers and rulings for HTS Classification, Valuation and Country of Origin. He has been a licensed Customs Broker since 1997 and is a licensed attorney in Illinois. He serves on the Board of the Chicago Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association and is active nationally with the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association.
