Keysha is the Director of Carrier Relations for Airspace. A company dedicated to bringing logistics into the 21st century. By creating the most trusted delivery network in the world. Keysha began her career with Southwest Airlines in 1997. She held numerous Leadership/Management roles on multiple platforms before retiring, as the National Accounts Manager, overseeing the western region client portfolio, which entails managing sales strategies and partnerships at the corporate levels.

Keysha has a unique understanding of the humanistic intelligence of organizations and how to best position and leverage team members’ strengths to contribute to market and revenue growth. She has successfully led cross functional teams. Keysha has years of experience executing tactical strategies to meet clients’ needs. In addition, Keysha’s expertise in large-scale logistical project change initiatives makes her an invaluable partner for practical and measurable solutions to unique and complex logistics
challenges.

In the non-profit secure, Keysha leverages her BA in Human Services to support the iDream Foundation (volunteer Project Management). Keysha also supports the Yellow Heart Committee. An organization mobilized to aid trauma survivors through policymaking and community outreach. And UNI Coalition, whose mission and purpose is to mentor individuals that need second chances through teaching kitchen and business aspects of managing a successful restaurant. Keysha has been a Board Member of the Los Angeles Air Cargo Association since 2020 and President-Elect for the 2023-2025 term. She is also a member of the National Black MBA Association.

Keysha holds a BS in Human Service and Masters in Business Administration.
